There are multiple online sources for building family (ancestry) trees and dna testing. Some online tree builders offer DNA testing ($) to use as a tool in building your family tree and others allow importing of external DNA testing.

• FamilySearch (this is actually a genealogical search provider, but you can build a tree with a free account and it includes a lot of great tools)

• 23andMe (salive sample)
• Ancestry (saliva sample)
• MyHeritage (cheek swab sample) 

DNA analysis

• GEDmatch (import DNA raw data from any other testing site and be able to match with anyone here. Includes in depth ethnicity breakdown, chromosome painting and more). This is helpful when all of your relatives have submitted DNA testing with various companies.
